Return Policy
Please read carefully over the Return Policy:
All sales are final. We do accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly, and wrong size. Items damaged in transit are eligible for full refund excluding cost of shipping. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be new, unworn condition and with the tags still attached. The customer has 7 days from item delivery to exchange any purchase for a different size provided the requested size is available. In the event the item is not available in the requested size the customer may opt to exchange for a item of the same value or receive store credit. Provided eligibility is met, please email us at help@shophatsgalore.com with a copy of the purchase receipt and we will respond promptly.
